We want hear about your plans so that we can coordinate all of your fantastic details so that you are a gorgeous and relaxed bride on your day. - Dedicated Wedding Coordinator available via phone and email during your planning.
- Two coordination meetings leading up to your wedding, including a venue walk through.
- Detailed timeline creation for the day of the event.
- Assistance with your rehearsal coordination and walk through.
- Timeline to be handed out to bridal party at the rehearsal.
- Provide vendor recommendations.
- Coordination with vendors.
- Wedding coordinator, and assistant if needed, available unlimited hours on wedding day.
- Supervise vendor setup at ceremony and reception location.
- Setup of personal ceremony and reception items.
- Attend to the requests of the Bride, Groom, Bridal Party, and Parents of the Bride and Groom all day long.
- Manage timeline and execution of reception events.
- Pack up gifts and personal items.
