Happy (first official) Monday of 2013! We thought we would start things out with a bold, and much loved, pattern – Chevron. It has taken wedding decor by storm and it’s not stoping. We love how it can be incorporated into many aspects of the wedding including, cake, napkins, plates, backdrops, favors, stationary and pretty much anything else that you can think of!

Katie and Christian were married in this family centered Winston Salem Wedding! These two are so incredibly sincere and sweet. Combine that with two families who couldn’t love them more and a great sense of style and you have a great wedding! When we started working together the couple was a bit overwhelmed with the idea of having over 600 guests while at the same time keeping an intimate and personal feel to their wedding day.

We brought it a lot of personal elements. We created “His” and “Her’s” menus featuring each of their favorite foods! I loved working on the event design for them. We brought it very soft colors and linens and paired it with great tent lighting!
