Garden Wedding- Raleigh Wedding Planner

 

Margo and Patrick were married this June in a gorgeous garden wedding! I had such a fun time planning with this couple. They are so devoted to each other. The way Patrick makes Margo laugh is so sweet. They are a perfect compliment to each other.

Their ceremony and reception took place at Margo’s childhood home in Louisburg, NC and the two were married with the help of Patrick’s grandfather leading the ceremony. It was such a great day!

Tia’s Wedding Tip Thursday!

I was recently going through some old photos and came across pictures of my nephew heading off to boot camp. It made me think of a great idea to share with Brides who will have guests who have served in the military attend their wedding. While planning your special day, take the time to request a couple of nice bottles of champagne or sparkling wine of your choice to be set aside. Instruct your caterer and/or wedding planner to present the bottle to any guests who arrive in uniform. Include a note tied to the bottle thanking them for their service and for protecting the freedoms we enjoy every day. It is a small gesture that really goes a long way. If you would like to take it a step further, you could schedule a time during your reception to present the bottles personally!
